The Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc. and the affiliated pharmacist-owners are proud to be associated with the Quit to Win! Challenge's 25st edition.

With their wide availability, their knowledge and their competencies, pharmacists can guide you effectively in your tobacco cessation process. Along with providing you with valuable advice, they can inform you about the resources available in your area, on the Internet or elsewhere. But above all, your pharmacist can help you choose the smoking cessation method best suited to you

The pharmacists within the PJC Jean Coutu network would like to encourage people to achieve their health goals. Quitting smoking requires a lot of will power, determination and support. It is in light of offering this support that the pharmacists affiliated with the PJC Jean Coutu network have been proud partners of the Quit to Win! Challenge.

The Montreal Heart Institute is proud to lend its full support to the Quit to Win! Challenge’s tobacco cessation program. This widespread campaign, which is hugely successful year after year, significantly contributes to raising awareness among the population to adopt healthy habits and consider tobacco cessation. Not smoking, eating plenty of different vegetables, maintaining a healthy body weight, and exercising regularly are all actions that prevent heart disease, which is still the leading cause of death and hospitalization in the world. The activities and messages featured during the Challenge provide modern solutions in the fight against tobacco. This recurring initiative, which meets its success rate year in, year out, is part of mobilization efforts that help reach and support a large part of the population that would like to take up the challenge of adopting healthier habits by quitting smoking.
